READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM’S SERVICES.

By accessing and using the Services you agree to these Terms, which establish the contractual relationship between you, as a user, and ESELLR.AI LTDA. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

The falecomigo.ai trademark is registered and may not be reproduced without express authorization.

All content on the site, unless otherwise stated, belongs to or is licensed to ESELLR.AI LTDA, and use does not imply any transfer of ownership.

ESELLR.AI LTDA has a specific Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

7. Disclaimer and limitations of liability

You must provide the means to access the site/app, such as devices and connection.

7.2. Limits

ESELLR.AI LTDA is not responsible for:

• Damage caused by third parties (hackers, system, connection or software failures);

9. General provisions

If any provision is illegal or unenforceable, it will be considered nonexistent, but the remainder remains in force. The parties will replace the invalid clause with another that achieves the closest possible effect.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between the parties. Expressions such as “includes” and “including” mean “including, without limitation”.
